Kwiff Review 2026: Our Racing Verdict

Best Odds Guaranteed

Kwiff has no Best Odds Guaranteed. Its Betting Rules, last updated 11/03/2025, contain no clause on best odds, BOG or any guaranteed price. The price you take is the price you get. Back a horse in the morning and, if it starts at a bigger price, you are still paid at the price you took. Double result

Kwiff pays a double result on UK and Irish win and place bets. A horse that passes the post first but is later demoted still pays. Other international races are settled on the first past the post, for singles, multiples and the win part of each-way bets only. The exclusions are future racing bets, the Grand National, two-runner races, a wrong weight, a wrong course and a judge's error (clause F.126).

Second to the Favourite

As we read it on 23 September 2026, Kwiff's Second to the Favourite promotion runs to 31 January 2027. If your horse finishes second to the starting-price favourite at the one meeting Kwiff selects each day, you get up to £10 back as a free bet.

A single of £1 or more at minimum odds of 2.00 qualifies, in a race of five or more runners. Each-way bets, multiples and bet builders do not. The refund is credited the next business day and stays usable for 72 hours. It is open to new and existing customers in the UK.

Kwiff picks the meeting, and on 23 September 2026 its promotion page still listed the meetings for 14 to 20 September. Check which meeting is on before you plan a bet around it.

Each-way terms and extra places

Kwiff's each-way terms (Betting Rules F.120) follow the standard UK schedule.

Extra places (F.120.1) come at a price: Kwiff moves the fraction from a quarter to a fifth. A horse that would have placed anyway then pays less. When we looked on 23 September 2026, the Pontefract 17:03 handicap on 24 September showed five places at 1/5. That is a 16-runner race, where the standard terms are four places at 1/4. The Supercharge on racing

The Supercharge applies to racing, including each-way bets, where Kwiff sets a new place price for the place part. It can also lift a cash-out value. The terms we read state no cap on the size of an uplift. Kwiff's own marketing says it has paid out over £125m in winning Supercharged bets since 2016. That is a promotional total. We cannot check it, and it does not tell you how often a racing bet is boosted or by how much.

Ante-post, non-runners and payout limits

On ordinary bets a non-runner means your stake back. Ante-post is different. Under F.134 and F.137 an ante-post bet on a horse that does not run loses, unless the market shows non-runner no bet (NRNB). We have not checked which ante-post markets Kwiff prices or which carry NRNB, so read the market before you back a horse months out. When a runner is withdrawn, Kwiff applies reduction factors that its rules compare to Rule 4 at traditional bookmakers.

Payout limits sit in D.1 and D.7. Kwiff caps what a customer can win at £250,000 a day. On UK and Irish horse racing the limit is £250,000 where every selection is Full Service and £50,000 where any selection is not. Full Service means the full card and the shows of betting are viewable on kwiff.com. Its rules make no promise that every race is priced.

Streaming, prices and cash out

The kwiff.com site shows a Stream button on horse races. When we looked on 23 September 2026 the only races live were US cards. UK and Irish coverage rests on a February 2024 agreement with Racecourse Media Group. We have not yet seen a UK or Irish race with a Stream button, so treat it as unconfirmed and check on race day. Tomorrow's races are priced the evening before: on the evening of 23 September the Tomorrow tab listed Newmarket, Pontefract, Perth, Southwell and Listowel with prices.

We have no measurement of Kwiff's prices, because it is not in the odds feed behind our Margin League. Affiliate review sites say its standard prices run below other bookmakers', and Trustpilot reviewers make the same complaint. That is their claim, and we have not verified it. Our Lab post on why the same horse is a different price shows how wide the gaps between bookmakers can be.

Cash out is offered on single and accumulator bets, before the off and in play, and its value can be Supercharged. Kwiff does not guarantee cash out on any event or market. Under its terms it may remove cash out from customers it suspects of misuse, at its discretion. The terms we read do not mention partial or automatic cash out, and we have not confirmed how widely cash out is offered on individual races. The app

Kwiff has native apps for iOS and Android, plus a mobile site. On the App Store the iOS app was rated 4.5 out of 5 from about 10,000 ratings on 23 September 2026. We could not read the Google Play listing, so we have no verified Android rating. Beyond the racing book, the site and apps carry in-play betting, cash out and bet builders. Kwiff also runs a casino with its own welcome offer, which this review does not cover.

Payments and withdrawals

Kwiff's own guides list cards, PayPal, bank transfer, open banking through TrueLayer and Revolut. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both £10. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with.

Kwiff's withdrawal guide, which showed a last update of 12 December 2023, says its payments team aims to check and process withdrawals in 24 hours. It lists card withdrawals at anything from the same day to 3 days, and bank transfers at 2 to 3 banking days. Affiliate sites that have timed £10 Visa withdrawals report between about 12 and 22 hours. Identity checks come before a first withdrawal, and Trustpilot reviewers complain about withdrawals held for document checks. An account left inactive for 13 months is charged a £5 a month dormant fee.

Support and complaints

Support runs through in-app chat and email at help@kwiff.com. Kwiff publishes no phone number, and we do not know its live chat hours. Its complaints procedure aims to resolve a complaint in eight weeks. After that, a dispute over the outcome of a bet can go to eCOGRA, the alternative dispute resolution service named in its terms.

Safer gambling tools

Kwiff offers deposit and loss limits, reality checks and a curfew that blocks chosen times of day. Time-outs run from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion from six months to five years. Kwiff links to GAMSTOP. If gambling is causing you harm, GamCare's helpline is 0808 8020 133, and BeGambleAware.org offers free support.

Customer funds

Kwiff says customer funds are held separately at the "medium protection" level. Its terms add that this is no absolute guarantee that all funds would be repaid.

Opening an account

Kwiff must verify your identity and age before it pays you anything. The welcome offer also asks you to complete account and payment-method verification before you take part. Have ID ready. Our guide to opening a betting account walks through the steps at any UK bookmaker.

The welcome offer, step by step

Kwiff's offer for new UK customers is Bet £10 Get £40 in free bets. We last checked these terms on 23 September 2026 against the offer page on promos.kwiff.com. Our Kwiff sign-up offer guide goes through the claim on its own. The steps, in order:

1. Register as a new customer aged 18 or over.
2. Deposit at least £10.
3. Claim the free bet welcome offer. It is opt-in.
4. Complete account and payment-method verification before you take part.
5. Place a first real-money bet of £10 or more at odds of 2.0 or bigger on an eligible sportsbook market, using deposited funds.
6. That bet must settle no later than 5 days after your first deposit. Placing it inside that window is not enough: a bet still running at that point will not qualify.

Once the qualifying bet settles, Kwiff credits 4 x £10 free bets no later than 48 hours afterwards. One is for any sport, two are accumulator free bets and one is a bet builder free bet. Each accumulator and the bet builder need three or more selections, and all four carry minimum odds of 2.0. Each token has to be used in one go and expires after 7 days if unused. The stake is not returned with any winnings. Winnings carry no turnover requirement.

Virtual sports, table tennis, eFootball, eBasketball, each-way bets, multi bets, cashed-out bets, Surprise Bets, void bets and odds boosts do not qualify as the first bet. The offer is limited to one per household, IP address, email address, payment method or device.

What the tokens mean for racing

Only the any-sport token can go on a single racing bet. The two accumulator tokens need three or more selections, so a treble or bigger. The bet builder token needs three or more selections too, and we could not confirm that Kwiff offers a bet builder on horse racing.

Kwiff also runs a second landing page for the same headline, with a different split. It gives one £10 token each for football and racing, plus an accumulator and a bet builder of four or more selections. The token list depends on the page you land on, so read it before you deposit.

Licence and responsible gambling

Kwiff is licensed and regulated in Great Britain: Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, UKGC account number 44448. You can confirm it on the Gambling Commission public register.

What Kwiff gets right

• A double result on UK and Irish win and place bets, so a horse that passes the post first but is demoted still pays.
• A free bet of up to £10 back if your horse finishes second to the starting-price favourite at one selected meeting a day.
• Extra places on some ordinary UK cards, paid at one fifth the odds instead of one quarter, so read the terms before you treat them as a bonus.
• The Supercharge can raise the price of a sports bet, racing included, after it is placed, and winnings carry no wagering requirement.
• A Stream button on horse races on kwiff.com, and cash out on singles and accumulators.

Where it falls short

• Best Odds Guaranteed is not offered on horse racing.
• Supercharges are unpredictable and at Kwiff's sole discretion, so you cannot plan around them, and reviewers report base prices below rivals'. We have not measured Kwiff's prices.
• The £40 welcome offer is four £10 tokens, and three of them need an accumulator or bet builder of three or more selections (terms checked on 23 September 2026).
• A Gambling Commission warning and a financial penalty of £480,305 in December 2022, for anti-money-laundering and social responsibility failings.
• Racing is secondary to football, and an ante-post bet loses if the horse does not run unless the market shows non-runner no bet.
• Wide discretion in the terms. Kwiff reserves the right to decline bets or scale back stakes at its sole discretion, and to close accounts under its terms. We found no systematic evidence that it limits winning racing customers, and the complaints we saw concern verification holds and accounts closed over third-party payment methods. • Whether free-bet stakes can be Supercharged.

Who it suits

Kwiff suits a punter who enjoys boosts and football, wants a double result on UK and Irish racing and accepts a fifth instead of a quarter on an extra place. It does not suit a punter who wants BOG, plans to use the welcome offer on single racing bets, or needs UK racing streams confirmed before depositing.
