What is a Yankee?
A Yankee is a full-cover bet on 4 selections producing 11 bets: 6 doubles + 4 trebles + 1 fourfold. No singles, so at least two selections must win to return anything. Total stake is 11 × your unit stake.
How to use it
- 1Add four selections — Yankee always uses four.
- 2Set your unit stake. Total cost = 11 × unit stake.
- 3Two winners pays a double; three pays 3 doubles + 1 treble; four pays all 11 bets including the fourfold.
Example: Yankee at 4/1 each for £1 unit
Total stake £11. Two winners returns £25 (one double × £1). All four winners returns 6 × £25 + 4 × £125 + 1 × £625 = £1,275.
