What is a Lucky 15?
A Lucky 15 is a full-cover bet on 4 selections that includes singles: 4 singles + 6 doubles + 4 trebles + 1 fourfold = 15 bets. Total stake is 15 × your unit stake. Many bookmakers offer bonuses such as a one-winner consolation (2× or 3× odds if only one wins) or a percentage bonus if all four win.
How to use it
- 1Add four selections. The Lucky 15 always uses four.
- 2Set your unit stake. Total cost = 15 × unit stake.
- 3Even one winner pays out — and most UK bookies pay a 2× or 3× bonus when only one of your four wins.
Example: Lucky 15 at 5/1 each for £1 unit
Total stake £15. All four winners returns 4 × £6 + 6 × £36 + 4 × £216 + 1 × £1,296 = £2,400. One winner returns £6 alone (or £18 with a 3× consolation bonus from many bookies).
